I received a quick response to my question, however, I am never warned when my subscription is about to expire so I end up missing an issue or two before I realize the magazine is not coming.

Thank you for the feedback. I took this to our team and we have remedied the situation. Each subscriber's last issue will now have a renewal flyer poly-bagged in with the book informing them of their status with an offer to resubscribe. If you missed an issue, please contact us at [email protected] and send us the magazines you missed and we will send you out complimentary replacements (please include the name attached to your subscription and address.)
