Need more advanced or unique hands-on classes.
I have found the last two hands on classes wasteful of time. I will only attend non hands on from now on unless targeted for more advanced cooks. A long lesson in cutting onions, for instance, wasn't a good use of time for someone like me who has attended dozens of culinary classes. Could you offer hands on for more experienced home cooks?

Definitely! Thank you, Audrey, for your feedback. We had a feeling guests were eager for more advanced classes and we appreciate you confirming it. While we do offer more advanced classes, they are not currently noted on the printed or online versions of the schedule. We'll be sure to address that moving forward. Our hands-on classes are ever-evolving and we're excited to incorporate your suggestion. Hope to see you again soon!
