SouthernCarParts.ComReviews of southerncarparts.com

I don’t normally write reviews and I discovered this company had a pretty bad reputation after I ordered. I decided to write this because the part I ordered, a replacement for a factory spoiler on a 2018 Camaro, was a perfect match, painted well and to spec, and easily installed in the factory drilled holes. I got a communication right away that there would be a delay in getting the paint to order part to us, and then proactive communications disappeared. However, when I reached out I got a quick update and the part arrived as promised. Reasonably priced and exactly as described - though it took a bit longer than expected and required me to initiate communication. I would buy from them again.

I ordered product, card charged, and requested tracking, no response. I'll update you if anything changes 12-5-2025 Update I got a voicemail after another request for shipping status. Tammy left a voicemail and emailed me the tracking information. Based on the tracking, the product will be delivered tomorrow 12-6-2025. Changed from 1 star to 4 stars I would not order from them again.
