One of the worst buying experiences of my life. Bought a car part that said it was in stock. Two weeks later after not receiving ANY communication, I called and got a gruff sounding lady (an "operator") who sounded pissed that I was calling about my order. She then proceeded to tell me that the part I ordered would take 4 to 5 weeks to be shipped. After 5 weeks, I called again and got the same gruff operator who then said that it would take 5 to 6 weeks. During this period I tried several times to contact Southern Car Parts and nobody answered. For heavens sake, STAY AWAY from this vendor. I found out that the part was actually manufactured at a company called AMT Customs Design. I looked up their phone number and was able to talk to a very nice lady who found my order at AMT and expedited the shipment. I should have went directly to AMT for my custom car door sill. Go directly to AMT Custom Designs, which turned out to be cheaper than Southern Auto Parts anyway and has great customer service.

Extremely hard company to work with. Ordered a part, the part was going to take a long time, tried to cancel the order. No one would answer phone , emails or messages left on website. The part took over 2 months to arrive. I then tried to return the part. It took 2 months or longer for southern to send me a return address (with no return label). I paid for the return postage. Southern corvette told me in an email (writing) to send the part to another company. Then southern did everything but say the word liar to me. It took the other company to send a message to southern for them to say “Good News, you get a refund.” Extremely frustrating company with horrible customer service and poor communication. Still no sign of a refund in my bank account.

Terrible communication, too long of lead time on my order. Will never use them again got me once.

Absolutely terrible place to try and buy something from and customer service is just as bad.You can't hardly get anyone to talk to no information.I had to cancel my order because they didn't have my tires in stock.Ordered July 8 had to cancel August 4th it's now August 31st and still don't have my refund.After finally getting hold of someone after trying for hours it suppose to be another 5 to 10 days.

Trash company advertises low prices, then comes back to ask for more money and tell you they are out of stock. When you refuse to pay more, they cancel the order instead of owning it. Garbage.

Took forever to receive the part then it didn't fit the car it specifically said in the advertisement. Took forever to get someone to respond about it. No empathy or care that the post didn't fit. Said to return it for a refund. Returned it, still waiting on a refund, lol, and that was six months ago. So no refund. Don't EVER but from this company. They are a complete scam

Ordered part and still haven't received it. No return on email and they won't answer the phone. If I do eventually receive it will NOT order anything from this so called business again.

They claim fast shipping but you can't even place your order because they don't answer the phone or emails. How they stay in business I don't know. It won't be long before it catches up with them.
