Lacie Ireland created a custom tour to our specifications, with some suggestions from her re local tours. The arrangements were almost perfect. There was one tour in Buenos Aries that wasn't very good but otherwise loved everything. I'm hoping to use them again for the 2016 Olympics. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The hotels chosen for us were exactly what we wanted and the suggested itinerary gave us such an insight in a short time

We knew what we wanted to do on our trip. We asked Annica Cameron at SouthAmerica to complete our plans and she did a perfect job. All our transportation was on time. Our guides were excellent specially the guide (Sondra) in Mendoza. Our itinerary was detailed, but easy to understand. This is the second time we have asked SouthAmerica to arrange a trip for us. It will not be the last time. They are professional and thorough.

We signed up for a private tour, but on some we ended up in a van and a bus with other people. On the bus, we stopped at many different hotels to pick up people and at some of the stops the people were not ready and we had to wait. One couple were still in their room getting ready or taking a shower and had to be called on the telephone to come down for the tour. We should not have had to be on a bus with others on a private tour and the bus should not have to wait for people that are not ready, they should be left behind. This is why we pay extra for the private tour because this happened to us in the past with inconsiderate people making others wait or forgetting what time they are supposed to meet or getting lost in shopping.

We are from India. Southamerica.travel was an excellent choice for our trip. They offered very good hotels for stay throughout the 3 countries that we visited. They tailored an itinerary according to my preference. The guides at all places were friendly & informative. We missed machu Picchu as there was a land slide and the train service was shut down. They booked a great spa resort for us to compensate for the days. In short, don't hesitate to book through Southamerica.travel!

Me and my wife used this agency two times for 1-week trips to Peru and Argentina/Uruguay and the organization was perfect.- the quality of guides, the schedule and timing. We have been moving from city to city almost every day and there were no any errors. You can trust them.

Very good planning, Great guides. I travel a lot with private guides and these were first class. Accomidations were as expected. I would use them again and have recommened. If you are interested myself and another lady traveled to Colombia together, we visited several cities and did many many interesting and diverse things. We are about 60, Americans and very active. Colombia is very welcoming and beautiful, a great tourist destination now, especially from Bogota to the North.
