welp,now that the US warehouse is closed,we're stuck with s***y chinese scam warehouses,what a shame

I placed an order back in August and never received it or any communication besides a confirmation email. I have contacted them via email, their website and phone. They don't respond. I used to love this company, but now they have turned into a scam. Do not order from them.

I’ve ordered from this company three times, the first two being several years ago and the third being 6 weeks ago. My order never shipped and I’ve sent several emails, called, and reached out to them on social media and haven’t gotten any response. Now I’ve got a case open with my bank to get refunded. The lack of response feels shady. Not sure what happened here.

I’ve always had good experiences with Sourpuss. I love all the gift ideas they have, the clothing options (especially for plus sizes!) and they are always good quality items. I shop their site frequently and have bought some items I couldn’t find elsewhere.

By far my favorite company. I am an avid collector of all things sourpuss. Great sourpuss, regular promotions and coupons, great items you can't find anywhere else. And also quick shipping and great customer service.

Slow shipping.

I have always said that customer service can make or break a company. I love their items, and have purchased over many years. The only place I will buy my dresses. I had a little issue with a package that seemed lost. Joseph took care of it immediately. There was none of the give it more time, in fact I thought to wait a few more days, and he suggested not to. I should have my lovely dresses by end of this week for a trip I am taking. Thank you Joseph, and Sourpuss

Awesome customer service! An item I ordered was out of stock & they emailed me offering a refund, exchange, or store credit. I replied and the next morning was told my order was shipping out that upcoming Monday (they emailed back on Friday) I got my order on Wednesday. The quality of my items are great, I ordered a little bit of everything; jewelry, a blanket, tote bag, clothing, etc. and all were really nice & well made. This was my first order through them & I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks to Joe for helping me out with the exchange on my order, he was very helpful & responsive! Recommend!
