I've been using Soundstripe since the first year they began. They hooked me with their authenticity, personal feel, and great customer service. The price is ridiculous for the quality of the music. I've saved thousands of dollars on music by subscribing to them. I probably download around 50 songs a year. That gets very expensive if you're paying per song. The music is great for what I do (weddings, real estate, and corporate promos). My clients are happy with the quality of my work and music is a HUGE part of that.

I've been using Soundstripe for several months now and feel like I've still only scratched the surface of what services are being offered. I love that they add fresh beats to their music library weekly and introduce new artists into the community. There's music of all kinds of genres and moods and the search function is easy to use. Personally I like atmospheric cinema and world culture music and there's plenty of those in their library. I only use a subscription for licensing music which I find very affordable. However their upper tier membership which includes the ability to license sounds into your work is only offered at an annual fee which involves a larger upfront sum, not an option for everyone. Not really a complaint just something to be wary of for creators who are more into sound design.
