The navigation is clunky
The navigation is clunky, there’s no phone app and there aren’t enough options.

Thank you for your feedback Seth! We're sorry the navigation and mobile experience did not meet your standards. We hear you loud and clear. You are not the first to suggest a native mobile application. The vast majority of Soundstripe users are accessing the platform via desktop, so that has been the focus to date. However, since raising our Series A investment, we have grown our product team substantially. We are putting navigation, search and mobile experience at the top of the list in terms of development priority. Thank you again for the helpful feedback.

Limited choice of tracks and no where…
Limited choice of tracks and no where near the choice of some other providers. Yes the annual cost is cheap however the selection of tracks is poor. Won’t be renewing this year!

Hey Areez - Sorry to hear we could not meet your need from a volume standpoint within our library. As I'm sure you can imagine, scaling a library while maintaining our standard for quality is no simple process! We are investing heavily in that area, and our users can expect to see us continuing to accelerate and more great songs week over week as this year continues. It's not user friendly to use directly…
It's not user friendly to use directly with my iphone. I want to download direct to my itunes library so that I can use it in videos, but it doesn't really work that way, or at least it doesn't show you how.

The interface has a mind of it's own…
The interface has a mind of it's own and seems to load & play when it wants to. On occasions, not at all and other times, it plays seamlessly. There's also occasions when the webpage doesn't load at all, which is incredibly frustrating when we have a client deadline to meet. Don't get me wrong - when the website does work, the library is great and has a variety of music genres to choose from. It's just a shame that it is plagued by server issues.

I find the search process very…
I find the search process very unhelpful! The songs are cool, but it's almost impossible to find something with the existing filters.

I really hate that some artist leaving from Soundstrip
I really hate that some artist leaving from Soundstripe. When I download preview and after client confirm music then can happen that I can't license that music because artist not exist anymore. Be aware for that. Somehow a poor choice of music, at times it seems not pro level

I'm sorry you've had this experience. We appreciate the feedback. The unfortunate reality is that we sometimes need to remove artists for one reason or another. It looks like you had downloaded a sample in between when we had made the decision and actually taken action on it. We apologize! That must have been frustrating. We really appreciate your calling this out and hope that it is does not happen again!

The fact I have to click "license" and…
The fact I have to click "license" and disclose every single project, every single time I use the same song I already downloaded is extremely annoying, and slows me down if I'm working on multiple videos where I need the same darn song. Change this and I will change to 5 stars if I can ammend this.
