The Great Eastern FX XO pedal is from the UK and only Sound Shoppe NYC had it in stock in the US. Fast shipping that arrived when predicted and was a hassle-free purchase.

I ordered an item that was on back order. Sound Shoppe let me know when it shipped from the manufacturer and when to expect it. The item arrived as expected. I look forward to purchasing more equipment from Sound Shoppe in the future.
