It has been so so good. The product came in a very short time, properly packaged and as it was described. I’m very happy with my new pedal and with Sound Shoppe NYC. Greetings from Cordoba, Spain.

Super simple transaction, no extra hoopla involved. Fast, accurate delivery with solid packaging. Hard to find somewhat oddball item, this alone puts the company head and shoulders above the big online retailer cadre. Just an overall great customer experience.
