Item as described, packaged well, very fast shipping. Writing this review because I was worried they weren’t legit, but the excellent Reverb ratings and Trustpilot reviews eased my mind and zero regrets I did. Thanks.

Outstanding communication and transparency. I had a preordered product, which was delayed by the manufacturer, and the team at Sound Shoppe NYC were wonderful at sharing updates. Item shipped quickly and very well packed, too.

Sound Shoppe NYC is the best. Dave communicated regularly about the status of my pedal, which was on extended backorder, and informed me about his communications with the manufacturer. The pedal arrived in environmentally-sensible packaging. Support Sound Shoppe NYC and other small businesses!
