Sound Shoppe NYCReviews of soundshoppe.nyc

David at sound shoppe is THEE most genuinelly helpful friendly boutique pedal seller in the business. I’ve bought a few pedals from him now and the experience has been the best. Super duper communication and fast shipping . Has the weird stuff I love and amazingly totally went out of his way to make a demo vid for me personally!! That is above and beyond. That’s why sound shoppe RULES and I continue to buy my weird gear there.

I couldn’t be happier with both the pedal and the experience. The pedal sounds absolutely incredible exactly what I was hoping for and even better in person. It’s clear a lot of care went into how it was packed and shipped too; everything arrived quickly, safely, and ready to play. The store’s communication was excellent from start to finish. Friendly, very responsive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. You can really tell they care about both the gear and their customers.

Access to high quality, small-batch effects pedals with fast shipping and very competitive pricing...great to find a niche seller that has everything dialed in so well.

Excellent services and fast delivery! Thank you!!

Pedal shipped the same day and was in my hands less than 48 hours later.

I ordered 2 pedals that had to come from the manufacturer as they were not normally stocked. Excellent prices and they shipped fast. This is my 2nd purchase from Sound Shoppe and definitely the last. Every time I look at their product line I find something I could use! Its great to see so many boutique pedals in one place.

Product inventory is great. Price is competitive as that gets my attention whether I can afford gear. Was able to see tracking and item arrived in working order. I will continue to shop at this store.

Fantastic service! They shipped the pedals i ordered literally 2 hours after ordering them. Chat were extremely quick and helpful too.
