Started releasing music with them since they were called Loudr and there were no issues for years. But in the end of 2024 they changed their payout system and now everything just breaking apart. No payouts for almost 4 months, two account locks for no reason - first was resolved but the last is ongoing for a 2 weeks already without any response from their support. I can't even take down my releases and move to other distributor.

I received an email saying "Your request to takedown (song name) has been processed" - but I never requested to take down this song! When trying to log in to my account, it says there was a problem and my account is locked. This is crazy. No further explanation, not even asking for my side of the story or any marketing proof etc. They just banned me and took my money. STAY AWAY!

after a month and a half of zero customer service replies other then AI, i'm beggining to suspect this is a fraud submitted 5 songs, all still in review. although numerous tickets NO ONE replied. Seems like a deposit only fraud site.

Ho da poco pubblicato un nuovo progetto e il distributore in questione ha creato solo disguidi ritardando in primis la pubblicazione, poi la mia musica si trova su un altro profilo, e infine la mia musica è uscita con il nome di un altro artista. Hanno una chat con un operatore IA che oltre a darti i link non da supporto, invii il reclamo e non rispondono.

If such a simple request cannot be handled, it’s alarming to imagine how they deal with more complex issues. It’s clear that customer service and support are not a priority here. If this level of negligence continues, I will explore legal action to ensure my request is addressed. Companies like this need to realize that poor service drives customers away, and based on this experience, I will be looking at competitors for my future releases. Avoid this company if you value your time, professionalism, and reliable service.

SCAM. So apart from zero customer support, now they stopped payouts. I haven't been paid last month, sent numerous emails, no response. I don't know what to do anymore, they don't pay, they don't reply.

Quest'anno è la fine di una bruttissima esperienza, tracce in takedown che sono ancora disponibili dopo due anni su store "amazon/amazon musi"c senza capire dove siano andate a finire le monetizzazioni di quei brani, veramente poco professionali. Oltre a questo ogni tre anni bisono rinnovare un contratto americano (poco chiaro) per attivare il pagamento delle royalty.

Tracce rimosse da Spotify senza motivo apparente e senza comunicazioni. Alle richieste di chiarimento non rispondono. Ti rendono impossibile passare ad un altro distributore. Non usatelo per nessun motivo
