We have been using Soundrop since 2006 and they have been fine until just recently. Soundrop support claims get you nowhere because the staff does not care about what you need, they just say things to make you feel better without following through. They have withheld over $1,000 from our group in the past 6 months with no explaination. Sick and tired of having to email back and forth because it gets you nowhere. Will never be using them again and I suggest you use another website to stream your music.

These people are the kind of slimy parasites I wanted to avoid. Done with it and I'm going to the ombudsman. I'm going to close the accounts, stop dealing with them and PREVENT THEM from keeping my album in the stores. Worst Experience Ever and Thieves Incompetent client service. Although the Web page looks good at first, it is very buggy, I had to wait a month till they uploaded my music. They never paid a dime after 4 months although I made a test purchase, and my friends also purchased my album. Client service rude and incompetent. Do not waste your time. Close my account and keep my money. Thieves

These guys are thieves. They will keep any good money that you will make with your marketing efforts. When it is time for payout they will just cancel your account and keep your money. Can someone report them to Spotify? Losers!
