Great service! Great experience!

This is a dishonest site and not trustworthy. I was charged for additional items and requested a refund but have had no response. Now I've been charged for an item I did not order and once again I'm only able to email and have had no response again as there is no customer service. Warning to others don't do business with Sorviq.

Sorviq was extremely easy to work with! Their product is amazing & actually works so it was natural to talk about. Very responsive and nice!

I was able to speak with a Real Customer Support Person. Ash was very professional, polite and attentive to my request. She was able to resolve my request quickly and inform me of the turnaround time in regard to my refund. I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly the process went .

The advertisement a little confusing. The word subscription should be further explained was not aware that this meant continual orders. I was able to cancel my subscription with the help of a friendly competent customer support staff. I haven't used the product long enough to give an opinion.

This girl was so amazing! 5 stars! I understood everything and really easy and super friendly and sweet!
