The device Sophos XG115W , Serial No: C190A38FVT6H724 was under warranty and they don't respond. They give time and schedule a call but they don't turn up for troubleshooting. The device is simply dead but they take no action to replace it. Its the worst product and service.

Sophos is doing a very poor job in protecting the enterprise from inappropriate website access. Working for Shell, I suffer from their Sophos implementation each and every day. They block my sports club, they block translation services, such as translate.com, they block everything - just to be on the safe site. It makes using the Internet a horrible experience.

Paid for the premium service, never got to use any premium features. After paying and activating premium the software continues to countdown the trial days until expiration. Contacted support, they sent me a non https:// link with instructions to click and download an .exe file so they can enter my system remotely to have a look on what's going on... I'm sorry, what?! Still didn't got any refund by the way. Avoid Sophos. Waste of time.

There is no support for you as a sophos customer. You can only rely on community forums. I'm stuck with a sophos firewall and access point that i cannot get support with. Emails are ignored

Bad program. After installation, the computer slows down like a turtle. Installation requires a reboot, while uninstallation requires two reboots.

Installed on MacOS Big Sur. Bad experience, so wanted to uninstall. After uninstall Sophos is still loaded, so had to manually remove using Recovery Mode! The app is also malconfigured with Big Sur security practices. Terrible experience! Stay away!

I have paid for Home protection but have just had an email to say Sophos have closed the account due to inactivity!! No explanation or discussion about the remaining 7 months cover outstanding. Appalling customer service -- on hold for 15 mins with overseas call centre with limited English language -- Sophos are a bad business to get involved with

Exactly the same support issues as "Zero Support for Critical Issue I know the episode I will describe is hard to believe but I wrote a trouble ticket with Sophos on November 12th (Today is December 3). We have workstations that can't connect to the network or whose download speeds are extremely slow. I received an email asking me questions about the issues on the 13th from a technician. I immediately responded with answers. Then, I didn't hear again until the 19th. I responded again but didn't hear until the 25th. Now it is total silence. We have about a quarter of our employees using cell hotspots just to survive. I told our CEO that we are going to have to hire an outside Sophos engineer because clearly Sophos does not support their products (as evidenced by the reviews here). We have also put in place a plan to phase out all of our Sophos equipment and software over the next year. Our four businesses can't survive in a Sophos environment with virtually zero tech support.#
