We wanted an electric fireplace for both a bit of heat and a look of warm comfort. ?We had recently downsized from our house of 27 years to an apartment. After looking at various stores I found Soothing Company on the internet. We chose the one that would hold many DVDs and be the furniture piece for placement of the TV. We ordered one and it came in compact packaging. Quite a surprise. Since I am not much of a handyman the task of putting it together appeared daunting. However, with the assistance of my wife, we got it put together--using nearly all the parts in the package. (The ones we didn't use seemed to have not been necessary!) After enjoying this one for a few months we ordered one for our condo at Orange Beach, AL. It was one for use in a corner setting. I, without assistance of wife, put it together. A log piece was cracked in shipment but I called Soothing and they sent a replacement immediately so that I could have it ready to operate before needing to return to Missouri. Great customer service. We continue to enjoy both fireplaces--especially this 2014 cold Winter.

I ordered a fountain and it arrived timely and intact. I love it! I ordered another! ask for extra bulbs. I called before I ordered and asked a lot of questions. They were very helpful.

I purchased a fountain from Soothing Company for my lani, I received the item in record time and was very pleased that it was exactly as the discription had discribed the product. The pump was missing from the order so I called Customer Service who was courteous and responsive. The pump arrived two days later and the fountain is simply beautiful and a conversation piece from all who visit. I would highly recommend this company for any future needs.

I had the very bad surprise to find out after a little more than a year that my marble slate was of very bad quality. Not using it very much and never for a long time, in a few days, it was covered with a lot of holes in the stone where the water digs up very quickly. I thought that this problem would be considered as a hidden defect and of course, the Soothing Company would replace the slab, but surprisingly, the manufacturer covered himself behind the warranty which ended only few months ago. $2,000 for a piece of junk ! Very mad and disappointed ! I will never buy anything anymore from this company !
