4.5 - a speedy and solid service
4.5 I had a great experience with soona. i really appreciate how quickly i received my headshots and the timeliness and attentiveness when i requested edits. i would recommend them for prompt and polite service. I wasn't sure what to look for when reviewing my pics during the session, and in retrospect wish I had stayed longer for more pics, backgrounds, posing, and outfits. Because there is always room for improvement: I wish I had a bit more direction on positioning of my face and body, and I feel my face was in shadow in comparison to my colleague's shots (but they did a good job fixing this during edits).
