Firstly the Sonic Pro cleaner works great and cleans my retainers very well. Very simple and easy to use. My product had an electrical issue after 6 or so months. I contacted the email address on their website and had a quick response. They asked me to fill out a warranty form which took 1 minute and I provided them with a short video of the issue and a picture of the serial info. I was then quickly told this was under warranty and a new one was dispatched the same day free of charge. A warranty is as good as when you come to use it. Sonic Dental honoured their warranty and the customer service was excellent and quick! Thank you to Diane and the team. So I have a new Sonic Pro Onyx Black and a new warranty will be activated from the date of delivery. I would recommend this retainer cleaner and the Sonic Dental company 👍😊

The clean you want to see and feel on your bite guards. There was some discoloration I was not a fan of. The tablets added to the water in the cleaning machine really clears it up! Love that these exist!

I bought an ultrasonic (Sonic Pro) dental guard cleaner from Sonic Dental. I have not received them yet but had some issues with a discount code that I requested from them. The code did not work - but a lesser discount did so I went ahead with the lesser discount code but was irritated by it not working- it was a Sunday so nobody was available but lo and behold, the very next day I was contacted by Grace- who very efficiently and politely offered a new code that would work- but alas-I had already purchased so Grace very sensibly and kindly offered to refund the difference. If only all businesses could be so straightforward and efficient-how easy life would be! I will be be a returning customer. Way to go Grace and Sonic Dental, thank you xx
