Never Deliered The package was shipped with UPS, who are impossible to contact. The package was delivered to someone I don't know in another city according to the UPS website. I contacted both UPS and Sonic Dental and they told me to contact the other company. I'm having to dispute the charge on my credit card because it's just AI and no person is actually available to help. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Unfortunately, despite buying the sonic pod and tablet bundle weeks ago, only the pod was delivered. After reaching out to the support team numerous times, I have been told this is for a variety of reasons from auditing to excess demand. I have also been provided with new estimated ship dates which seem to keep extending. As they state in the pod instructions not to use any other type of tablet, I've still not been able to use the product and wish I'd have bought from Zima or other supplier who's reviews seem more positive. It looks as though quite few people have had similar issues over over a long period of time so I'd avoid this company and go elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC AND NOT WORTH THEY MONEY!! After receiving my 3rd machine it’s once again gone wrong I’ve not had my 3rd machine not even a month and it’s gone wrong again for something worth £75 I wouldn’t even pay £10 for it now and how easily they go wrong. After emailing each time when it’s gone wrong I email they apologise at the fact it’s gone wrong and give you the same crap about we independently test all our machines which is a completely lie how can you test a machine and it still goes wrong!

i placed this order and had to chase several times with the customer service and it turned out it was lost in transit but they were reluctant to refund me. eventually they said they refunded me but they hadn’t and 3 weeks went by and i asked them twice to check it had been refunded and it turned out it hadn’t so they point blank lied to me. its been a month since i placed the order and i have no item and no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT RISK IT

Does not clean as described. My mouthguard was about 4 months old when i got this so not new but not old. The product does not clean as described or shown in the pictures. I have tried it for several months. Using it with tablets makes it cleaner and a bit less plaque but no difference to using tablets alone. As others have said, the return and refund policy seems to only apply if you haven't opened it at which point how would you know if it works. Much better ones on the market for a similar price or cheaper.

Nearly a month since I placed the order and still no product. Excuse after excuse relating to offshore supply delays and then moving to a new warehouse and then unpacking delays. Unable to fulfil orders and yet they are still advertising over social media. Avoid this company as it appears very poorly run. Many similar products on Amazon on next day delivery at half the price. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as many others seem to have had similar experiences. For one person the month long delay was down to a ‘Storm in Dallas’ At least they show imagination with their excuses. Update: despite numerous interactions with this company, they are now trying to get this Trustpilot feedback removed from Trustpilot by claiming I reviewed the wrong company. I would advise everyone to avoid this company.

The worst. Don’t buy. My first one was broken. My second worked just one time. Now I can’t get someone to get back to me.

This sonic cleaner didn’t clean my retainers. It has made them cloudy and not clear. I purchased the top set with the tablets. I contacted Sonic and explained and asked for refund. They said no as I had undone cellophane! Apparently you can’t get a refund unless you haven’t opened it. How on earth are you supposed to use it and discover it isn’t working! As my hygienist said the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on then. How do they know it could be faulty. I was told they can’t let people in the warehouse touch items that have been used. Totally unimpressed! Would not recommend.
