Jeff Watson understands everything I am going through. He is great

Ms. Foster is easy to talk with about anything!

He actually listened and was sympathetic. He didn’t believe in pseudoscience as previous ones did. He actually looked at dates to determine causal order of events. And he was endlessly professional.

My provider is very supportive and empathetic. I am getting so much from my sessions with her. Great listening that really highlights what’s important.

Insightful and helpful

Robert Goldberg is a wonderful person for my therapist. Very good listener doesn’t interrupt me :especially I talk a whole bunch. I actually gotta stop myself to see if there’s anything he needs to ask me. lol. I endure his insight and his way of thinking and his suggestions of guidance for what to take plus Robert seems to be agreeable to my accomplishments of the challenges of me I’ve made ;succeeded. He makes me very comfortable and I always look forward to our next visit which we do monthly.

Feeling much better this week after getting out of town. I feel much calmer and my thoughts aren't racing towards the negative. Talked about getting out and being social or find new interests.
