My therapist was great! SonderMind sucks! After seeing my therapist for over a year I retired and my insurance changed to Medicare. I called SonderMind and told them this. They continued to bill my old insurance who obviously told them I was not covered. They then started charging my credit card for the full amount. Over the next 6 weeks I called them 5 separate times to try to get this issue resolved. They just charged me another $129 yesterday! I really like my therapist, but I just can't keep doing this. I have spent 2 hours today talking to SonderMind and am currently waiting for someone (anyone) to call me back. I can't keep doing this. Either this issue gets fixed today or I will sadly have to drop my therapist, who I really like.

My experience with scheduling appointments has been extremely frustrating. The therapist's scheduling system asks patients to select a preferred date and time, but every request I've submitted has been denied without any explanation. There has been no communication about what appointment times are actually available, no alternative options offered, and no guidance on how to successfully schedule a session. It's difficult to access care when you're repeatedly told to choose a time, only to have every choice rejected without feedback. A simple list of available appointment slots or a brief explanation would make the process much more efficient and respectful of patients' time. I cannot speak to the quality of therapy itself because I've been unable to get an appointment scheduled despite multiple attempts.

I’ve had two appointments canceled because the provider still hasn’t responded to my request for care. This is a horrible way to start treatment!

When I first went to the website to look for a provider, the first thing I noticed was a lack of Psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers on the site. I then started looking at professional and educational credentials. It appeared that the majority were very new to the field and attended what I would call a lower tier college

Therapist was late to both sessions we had with her and seemed distracted and texting during the sessions. To top it off they didn’t submit the claim to my insurance and took the full amount of 100+ dollars off my card on file. I do not recommend

My experience with this website has been horrible! They kept charging my credit card instead of submitting claims. I had to call them multiple times. I had to call my insurance company, my credit card company and even the BBB. They didn’t want to submit claims. It was horrible! Also the website is glitchy.
