Having the online therapy helps me deal with the day to day issues of my life. This is a place where I can talk about what’s on my mind or bothering me which helps with my anxiety and depression.

SONDER MIND FOUND ME A WONDERFUL PSYCHIATRIC NURSE WHO HELPS ME IMMENSELY. UNFORTUNATELY I'VE BEEN GOING TO PSYCHIATRIST BECAUSE OF OCD PTSD PARANOIA AND I AM HELPED SO MUCH. AFTER I GET OFF THE PHONE I FEEL LIKE A WEIGHT IS TAKING OFF MY SHOULDER. EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE SEVERAL PSYCHOLOGISTS PSYCHIATRIC NURSES IN MY AREA I FOUND THE PERFECT ONE HERE BELIEVE ME I HAVE ENOUGH ISSUES I CAN'T IMAGINE NOT HAVING DEBORAH WHO IS MY PSYCHIATRIC NURSE WHO KNOWS MORE THAN EVEN A TRAIN PSYCHOLOGIST DUE TO HER EXPERIENCE. SHE IS A WONDERFUL ATTITUDE WONDERFUL OUTLOOK AND IT'S FULL OF KNOWLEDGE TO HER CAREER I DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD MENTION HER NAME CUZ I DON'T WANT ALL HER TIME TAKING UP I WILL THOUGH CUZ SHE DESERVES IT HER NAME IS DEBORAH O R R. LIKE I SAID IT TASTES A LONG TIME TO REALLY MATCH WITH A THERAPIST ON A PERSONAL LEVEL AND EMOTIONAL LEVEL. LIKE OTHER PEOPLE I HAVE SEVERAL PSYCHIATRIC ISSUES AND HER EXPERIENCE COVERS IT ALL I'M VERY THANKFUL I HAVE HER AND THANKFULLY FOUND THIS COMPANY

Carol was amazing! She was very easy to talk to and helped me in more ways than I can ever thank her for.

Terri is helping me make progress on the most challenging season of my life. I really appreciate how she is willing to make suggestions/recommendations. Her understanding of narcissism too is so valuable navigating multiple dynamics in my life.

Laura is beyond what I needed. She listens, we laugh, get emotional (as much as I can LOL), and in a short time has become a friend. I have NEVER had therapy and I am in my 50's. My child told me to try it as they also use SonderMind and I am glad that they did. This has been a GREAT experience and I am happy I stepped out of my comfort zone.
