Literally customer service is horrible, everything is talk to your therapist. My therapist made appointments every week but I was only suppose to have them every 2 weeks and when I notice all the charges I called and my therapist stop answering me and their support team didn’t know what to do. Take your money elsewhere. We already got enough stress, trust me please.

Absolutely horrible experience. Scheduled with a therapist and she never showed. When I messaged she never responded. After I disputed the charge for the appointment she sent me very nasty messages about my "comprehension" because she uses Zoom, not Sondermind video for her sessions. Customer Service is not responsive or helpful.

I set up a profile with Sondermind. I entered that I did not want video visits, but wanted to go in person. They emailed me a couple of days later to tell me that they didn't accept my insurance and that would have been fine and the end of it. Then a provider scheduled a video consultation. I had to cancel it. Such a frustrating experience for me.

Rob Thompson texted an hour before our appointment and said he had to go to a meeting at his son's school and he would reschedule. He did not contact me to reschedule

Received a large bill when my health insurance should have been billed.

Stay away from SonderMind. They claim to take insurance and Medicare, but that's a bait and switch. They ask for your credit/debit card to cover the copay, but then charge you the entire amount, even if the insurance has already paid it. When you point this out, they then claim that the insurance rescinded the payment - but when you check with the insurance company, they say they have not. Then SonderMind requires all kind of data to prove payment that is impossible for the patient to know. Their mission seems to be to maximize profit, not provide therapy. Stay away.

The Therapist was listed as a "christian" therapist. She repeatedly told us to separate; which is completely NOT the goal of counseling for us. This was discussed in the beginning of our sessions. After a few sessions we were not receiving positive help so we decided to stop and told her. This was in June.There was also several times we had been waiting for the link for appointments we had made and she never showed for the appointments. She claimed that she had cancelled with Sondermind and they were supposed to tell us and they didn't. In October Sondermind took $104.00 from our account without authorization. They allege it was for an appointment 7-17-23. We had stopped with her before our anniversary 7-7-23. They refuse to return our money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I specifically wanted to be connected to an in person provider, which I made clear in the questionnaire, but I had nothing but online ones instead. That's how I know they don't have your best interests in mind.
