Support does not return emails
Support does not return emails I requested my records for the past week due to my provider resigning abruptly. I needed to change providers and emailed the support team. No acknowledgment or response from the email that I sent.

Over the last year any session I…
Over the last year any session I launched through the application I either couldnt hear my therapist, couldnt see them or had the entire session freeze for extended times shrinking my actual time to use

Login issue and customer support
I couldn't respond online to any prospective providers. I called customer support and the phone kept on ringing and nobody answered.

Constant web browser issues
I constantly have issues with the website on multiple devices across multiple platforms. The webpage will present as loading but never rarely opens on safari, iOS 26, chrome, and even the actual app. It’s very frustrating. When the site does open I’ll still have issues like not being able to view emails.

Beware of the inconsistencies of the staff
My therapist, JoLynn Bitler, told me that I needed to find another therapist, after waiting to hear back from her after our October 3, 2025 session was canceled. I am a disabled veteran, and I will be notifying them of the treatment that I experienced with Sondermind.

The site takes several minutes to load…
The site takes several minutes to load any time i click a link from an email or text. i have to reload several times to see anything, and then reload several more times to see my new messages.

Disappointing experience
My session was scheduled 2 weeks in avance. I did all the online questionaires and assessment..signed in 15 mins b4 start time as requested. Therapist signed in 12 mins late, fave no apology, yawned during the session. There we're some audio issues and the session was abruptly ended ( don't know what happened ) after about 30 mins. I immediately sent a msg to the therapist telling her i was not interested in any further sessions and promptly disabled the app

Customer service is awful and will overcharge you
Customer service is awful and never resolves the issue even after multiple communication attempts. Because of this they will charge you more than your share even when they are aware of an inconsistency; and they take 8 days to get back to you. I've been having the exact same problem for months now because they won't do anything to fix the actual problem. I love my therapist but I desperately wish she was on a different platform.
