Beware the Scam
I was looking for relationship/intimacy counseling and found Equinox. Even though Krysten Wolf assured me that they accepted my insurance, they also wanted my credit card information. When I refused to give it she canceled my appointment. If they accept my insurance why do they require my credit card info? I have been to many counselors thru the years and this is the first time anyplace asked for my CC information. I can only imagine the charges they would have added if I gave it to them.

Hi Michael, We require credit cards on file for all clients, regardless of whether or not their insurance covers the cost of an appointment. Credit cards are required to cover any costs associated with copays, coinsurance, or deductibles. If a credit card is not provided, an account is considered incomplete, and providers cannot hold appointments with that client. Thank you, SonderMind
