My Therapist is awesome, I couldn't ask for a better one, however after 4 months I started getting billed $15.00 per session, I sent a message to Sondermind regarding this and AFTER over 72 business hours there is still no response from Sondermind. When I talked to my insurance company I was told that Sondermind was paid the contractual amount and I had no copay or deductible because my sessions are virtual. SOMEONE please get in touch with me!!

This is a warning to others. Sondermind abused access to my payment information and charged me $105 for something that should have been $19 at the most. I submitted a complaint online and called three days later, since I had not received a response. After waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes, I was told that their 72 business hour response time could take up to eight days. That is ridiculous, yet I am grateful for this experience. Along with being mindful to warn others, it gives me a stop. In my next session, I will kindly and peacefully close things out with my assigned therapist.

Tried to schedule with two different therapists. Scheduled online using the times they list they are available, and both times they cancelled within 30 minutes of the appointment.

I got ghosted by my therapist with no explanation. Just a bunch of notifications that all my appointments were cancelled and no one ever contacted me back.

They charged me for my first session even though my insurance paid the full amount. They have no phone number to call with concerns. They took weeks to respond to their online form and it took about a month to get my money back, which never should have been taken in the first place. Will never do business with this company again and I do not recommend them to anyone.

I have been waiting for someone to get back to me in regards to billing my insurance. I emailed several days ago and no one has responded. My account was charged when it should not have been. I need a refund asap.

Therapist Great ~ Billing is the Worst! I love my therapist, however, I have been battling with billing issues for the last 5 months. A claim was submitted incorrectly to my insurance company and Sondermind has no idea how to fix it. They will not reach out to insurance companies to resolve issues. I was a part of a three way call with Sondermind and my insurance. I was sure that it was resolved, but my bill still reflects the incorrect amount. Sondermind must have AI working hard on all the automated replies I have received. The only resolution they have is delaying the payment. I am beyond frustrated.

This is all projected to Sondermind the company NOT the therapist I talked to. The company should be looked into for deceitful marketing and misleading billing practices. Note the company gladly states an average price of $44 per session while my session is over the average price by ALOT. I wonder what Sondermind's marketing team defines as "average". I got charged for an amount of $294 for the first session. I had the session but it ended half way through the 60 minutes. I called the customer service and asked for the billing department and they said there is no direct line to the billing department you had to email. I have emailed but the response time is 48-72 hours. I will be waiting and I will call customer service each day to get this resolved. I will dispute this with my credit card company. It really makes me mad how customers get taken advantage off especially like a health care company. I will be deleting my account fully.
