I can't get my prescriptions filled because their doctors do not know how to send them to the V.A.. I've been completely out of medication for 6 days, having withdrawal and all SonderMind tells me is, "We can't get a hold of your doctor".

Worst Company Ever!! Not only do they insist on charging my bank account instead of billing my insurance for sessions, but I have been waiting on a refund from a session in June and it is now September. They have horrible communication as well. They encourage you to fill out inquiries online, and never respond to them. When you call them, they tell you to go online and fill out the inquiry. Not even sure why they have a phone number, because no one is able to help with anything. A bunch of losers in my opinion. So bad that my therapist got out of the organization and went somewhere else. You asked for more details: Here they are: Sondermind billed my debit card directly for sessions in both May and June. The first time it happened I called and the rep assisted me in getting a refund. They repeated the error in my next session, but this time when I called, the rep told me they had to verify my insurance first, and then a refund would be issued, which never happened. How long does it take to do this, and why is my debit card set up in on the page as the default means of payment??? The session I'm referring to was on Jun 7th, and I still have not been issued a refund. It's frustrating that I am not able to speak with someone who actually can explain what's going on. If I can give it zero stars I would. It the fact that I heard and see healthcare worker that ar employed to sondermind proud and excited that they do not have to deal with insurance and some are quick to tell you they don't deal with that department. But they patient/client are dealing with billing issue. Some on this review are saying they don't get much referrals but again with the billing issues that are there and are very visible because clients like myself are leaving reviews and complaining that we are having issues. I used Sondermind and can say I would not recommend them to anyone. Not a soul. I having billing issue with them now due to something I was told would cover. I look at the review here and bbb, it is a mess. They tried to charge my insurance treatments I was not getting and then tried to place blame on me. And the people employed with them are profiting. This is not okay and is adding to people with really mental health issues problems.

I would like to express my frustration with my recent experience. I had lost all hope when the supervisor Bri's email popped up in my inbox. I have been trying to follow up with the lady at the front desk, but unfortunately, she has not been helpful at all. Instead of assistance, I found her patronizing and dismissive. She directed me to Michael for resolution, but despite making countless phone calls and leaving numerous voicemails and text messages, I have received no response from him. Prior to the appointment on July 23rd, I called him again as usual but was met with silence, later I texted him as well that I won't be able to attend. Regarding the other appointment scheduled for 07/26...I must have waited for 15 mins online and then left another voicemail, SMS text, and text on the SonderMind portal as well that day because he didn’t show up for our scheduled meeting. Despite this no-show on his part, it’s incredibly frustrating that I was still charged $105 for it. Is Sonder truly meant to help patients improve their mental health or simply add more stress by incorrectly charging them? This feels like an endorsement of inadequate service from therapists. I sincerely hope Bri can assist me in rectifying this situation. $105 is not a small amount for a service that went unfulfilled.

I was charged for a service that should have been covered by my insurance on multiple occasions with this company. I absolutely loved and looked forward to meeting with my counselor and a related service provider. However, the surprise charges and mismanagement of my credit card information was absolutely unacceptable.

I have now been cancelled on three times by three separate therapists through Sondermind's website. The first one cancelled less than 30 minutes before the appointment, the second one cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, and the third one cancelled less than 30 minutes before the appointment (she actually had to join the video session and cancel that way). This website is a scam and I do not recommend it at all. No reputable and credible place operates like that.

I called for assistance and was told that there is no customer service phone number available and that I would have to file a helpdesk ticket. I was being charged fully without my insurance but I have not heard back from to see if received the query or fixed it. All I have gotten is automatic notifications that the helpdesk ticket was received but have not heard back from anyone regarding this issue. The provider has also contacted Sondermind and has not heard back either. This seems to be a common problem with this organization with multiple issues. It’s better to just deal directly with the providers as Sondermind does not care at all as far as billing or insurance issues. Don’t waste your time with Sondermind. I’ve also contacted the BBB informing them of this as well.

I had an appointment with one of the counselors but NEVER received a link to connect with the! I was charged $85! I even messaged the counselor at the time we were to connect to tell her that no link was shared....nothing! It's not well run. Nobody knows what's going on!! Don't use them, there are plenty of other places that offer these services. UPDATE!!: After leaving this review, lol, SonderMind reached out and THIS time, they actually looked into my claims! Oh, yes, they said that I really didn't get a link to join my appointment!! NO KIDDING, why didn't you actually check the claim the first time!! My review stands!!! Jeez
