The 2nd video appointment I had to speak with a "Counselor" who was literally laying in her bed, with her head on her white lacey pillows and headboard. When I asked if she was sick, she stated no. "At least my bed is made"".... because I had expressed to her in our first meeting that I had felt disrespected by previous "counselors" who would not take the zoom meetings in a respectful way to me. To top it off to see she is billing $433 an hour.. ..From: Humiliated again Update: I attempted to contact Sonder Mind and to speak with a "Manager" or someone that could assist with my concerns of unprofessionalism and Trauma issues. There is no contact information available that I could find anywhere on the website./ I had to block the "counselor" on my phone because she kept texting me excuses about her medical condition, kids, meds etc.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with a provider and you site kept telling me to call the 800 number. When I call, I was told that there wasn't anything holding me up from scheduling. I got an email stating that my account was ready to schedule my appt and yet again I run into the error message that says I cannot schedule that appointment. Only on my 3rd attempt to reach out did I find out that my payment didn't charge to the card I had on file and I owed $30. Which is ridiculous that no one knew that and NO ONE reached out to let me know that my payment didn't go through. It's been months since I reached out to my provider directly to schedule an appointment and couldn't get one. I'm sorry, but this is not the way to handle people with mental health issues. It has been exhausting just to get an appointment and very hard for me to keep trying with my mental health issues. I recommend you put in the error message that there is an outstanding balance and you need to contact billing. You took an oath to do no harm and all you have done was harm me.

Several therapist were no shows to my appointments. After months of trying to get assistance I left Sondermind for a different company.

I have been cancelled on 3 times 2 without any explanation and one because he was out of town and when I messaged him, John De La Fuente, he didn't respond, now I have schedule a 4th time and I am not doing well because of it, this is not helping

Haven't had appointment yet. The online system is terrible. Never able to register online. System froze every time. Had to call customer service to get registered.

What went wrong was Sondermind and community care couldn’t seem to get together to help me. Now 2nd, I’m not able to make an appointment. So you can tell me what is wrong.

1/5 stars I was charged automatically on my card without receiving a proper bill in advance or a real chance to review and arrange payment, the way most medical providers handle billing. I was under the impression the card on file was only for late cancellation fees, not for automatically charging session costs, and I believed my insurance was covering the visit. The charge took funds I needed for other obligations, and there was no opportunity to confirm the charge before it was processed. I'm still working with them to get this resolved. This was very unprofessional, and I do not recommend anyone use them. If you do consider SonderMind, ask very clearly, in writing, exactly when and how your card will be charged before starting services.
