I have worked for three other teletherapy provider platforms, including Better help. Sondermind is the most therapist centric model in it's concern for delivering high quality and well compensated professionals. Other companies seem to rely on " industry standards" to excuse their poor compensation and shady recruiting models but Sondermind is transparent and authentic...and generous to both the client and therapist in timely and efficient customer service. They are not perfect but they get that they need to keep listening and scaling to the user and operator feedback as opposed to the only the profiteers.

As a therapist who works there, they seem to always be working to improve the system and grow as an organization. I feel valued as a therapist and there seem to be a host of providers open to seeing patients that I might not be a good fit for.
