I have been a provider for a few years. I have had good experiences with them so far.

SonderMind has a unique business model that truly supports clinicians. They allow clinicians to focus on the client service that they love while they provide the marketing and referral support and the insurance billing hassles. Their virtual platform is HIPAA compliant and works well. They are responsive and tend to easily answer questions I have about their technology.

I was paired originally with 3 counselors after indicating my specific needs. I could immediately tell those 3 were not for me. I indicated that on the website. I was sent 3 more without having to give a reason or anything. I selected my current counselor. The ability to have a session over video chat from where I physically am located has been exactly what i needed. I have made huge strides in my mental health in just a few months. The video chat and messaging on the app is flawless. I recommend Sondermind to anyone seeking counseling.
