Support Staff The support staff at Sondermind are great! They are kind as they work to resolve any issues.

I am a Therapist with Sondermind, starting 2021. I have had a great experience thus far. The company prides itself on improving the platform experience for the therapist and for the clients. I especially appreciate the recent updates to the note system! The rate of pay and reimbursement is reasonable, work life balance is good! I would absolutely refer my family to Sondermind.

I really like my therapist and feel like I am already making progress after only 3 sessions.

My therapist is not just listening to me. She is actually helpful in asking me to consider trying things to get through my battles. One step at a time. She doesn't force anything but at the same time she doesn't let me just be a whiner. She let's me cry and then asks now,what are WE going to do about it? I am glad to have that. She always makes me feel like she hears me and that the problems can be fixed, but I have to be willing to do the work. I am finally feeling like I am progressing, a little bit at a time. And I think she is one of the few therapist that has made herself flexible to my needs.

Elyse has been able to give me tools to think about my situation. The “I deserve” exercise was extremely helpful

SonderMind has taken a lot of pressure off of me when it comes to billing and building my practice! I appreciate the ease of using the platform and the ability for my clients to schedule themselves!

My experience as a therapist working with SonderMind has been very positive. Any time I have interacted with SonderMind Support staff or the SonderMind Care Coordinators, I have always been impressed with their positive "what can we do to help" attitude. My overall experience of SonderMind has been one of support and a curiosity about what they can do to make my job as a therapist easier while offering a wide variety of opportunities and tools for me to do what I do better. I also want to state emphatically that I feel that therapists in general are genuinely respected by SonderMind -- in the level of compensation definitely but also in the way SonderMind elicits and values our input on the services they are providing (always with what has felt to me like genuine concern and interest with a desire to improve my experience and make my job easier). The grand majority of places I have worked as a therapist and the handful of other companies offering support services like SondMind that I have tried out have offered levels of compensation that for licensed professionals with master degree levels of education are insulting while being indifferent to feedback and and having no interest at all in our opinions or caring about how we were doing at all. SonderMind has been very much the opposite of that.

Started my practice with Sondermind in 2019 and have been grateful ever since. They make everything easy and have always provided great support and resources!
