SonderMind connected me with an amazing therapist - Christine. In only 3 sessions, a lot about my past and how it has affected my present behavior has been discovered and analyzed. I'm looking forward to learning, understanding and changing my life for hopefully a calmer future.

Good pay, timely, great details to help the therapuetic process

So far so good… I’ve had 3 session using my EAP program on SonderMind and it has been fairly easy. I recently had an incident with the billing, being charged for a session and I reached out to SonderMind support and my provider and they both were very prompt and focus on my needs and helped me. The customer service seems to be absolutely amazing. Hope they keep it up!

My friend was the one who told me about Sonder Mind and to check it out because she was having a great experience already with her therapist and thought if my insurance covers Sonder Mind that I should 100% look it up. It did take me a little bit to finally get my therapy started but once I did I've been nothing but happy and grateful for my therapist. I now don't know what I would do if I had to get another one because I like my therapist so much and we've already digged deep enough so it would be very hard to have to transfer to someone else. My therapist has been absolutely wonderful I have nothing but great things to say about her and Sonder Mind has been exceptional to me from day one up until right now as I'm writing this and I know they will continue to treat me great.

Sondermind has been so beneficial, my therapist is awesome, compassionate and a great listener. She gives me the feedback I need and goes the extra mile to give me assignments, materials and also referrals to other agencies that may be of help or assistance. I've been in therapy with many other therapist for over the past ten years and this has been the most positive interaction I've experienced with a therapist.

Sondermind made scheduling, billing and finding a compatible counselor effortless. In addition, I was paired with an outstanding, very qualified and attentive counselor. Suzanne Watts made me feel safe, comfortable and by the end of our first session, she had a treatment plan and goals in safe.
