you're billing practices are bad. you system for contacting anyone about anything related to that is designed to disinterest anyone attempting to do so. Your are no different than the average thug who holds a gun to someone face and robs them. no... that's not true. you are worse because the thug at lest is honest with his crime. they are not hiding behind a confusing contact tree with zero intent to contact.

Horrible customer service with slow as death response times. And don't think for a minute that they will work with you about charge issues. First therapist I had was awful - disrespectful and self absorbed. Cancelled my second visit 15 minutes before the session to see a different client. Second one was okay but just cannot handle the terrible company service. Try ANY other online service before this one

They have overcharged me $290. Only $130 of that they had refunded. There is no number to talk to someone to rectify this and the therapist is hands off with the billing aspect. Don't waste your time or money

I am having issues with billing. I have emailed to try to straighten out and no response. My therapist is great but if I keep having issues with billing I will not be able to afford.

Edit: I got a canned reply to this review in 30 minutes. But I haven't heard from my support ticket in 8 days. Original: Was quoted $100 for my visit, was charged $167. Bait & Switch. If you cannot tell me how much my visit is going to be before the visit then don't give me an estimate that's 67% lower than the actual cost. It's 2025 and you should be able to tell me before my appointment what the cost is going to be... or don't estimate it significantly lower just to try and get me in the door. Support ticket entered without a response, but I got a billing notice! Any charges made to my card will be disputed and reversed without contact from Sondermind. I will not pay anymore than the $100 I was told in the app this was going to be.

I could not sign in to my meeting with my therapist. I tried several times but could never sign in. After about an hour I was able to login but that was after my appointment.

Just awful disorganized and no clients. A waste of time and no clients in 6 months. I am a seasoned therapist who worked with many telemedicine companies since 2016 and this one is one of the worst and would not recommend it either to medical professionals or clients. They do not request clients to enter payment or insurance information so even the referrals I received clients don't even respond. A waste of time.

I received an email saying that Sondermind was going to charge my credit card for my session even though my insurance is supposedly accepted. I tried to delete my credit card from my account so that I am not charged because I know that once I am charged, it will be next to impossible to get my money back when insurance does pay. There is no way to delete my credit card from the website and no number to call for help with that. The billing system is unfair to the consumer. At any other health provider's office, there is a 30-day billing cycle, whereas here, you get charged immediately. The 30-day cycle helps the client sort out issues with insurance. Sondermind's method just gets them immediate payment with no consideration of the client.
