In the beginning they were great. As time went on, they became VERY horrible! They don’t have a way to contact them by phone, when you send an email they take weeks and sometimes months to respond, yet they continue to bill you incorrectly & charge your card on file. If I didn’t love my Therapist I would have left a long time ago. They literally create anxiety!

My experience with SonderMind was extremely disappointing. There was zero communication, zero compassion, and no respect for my time or mental health. I felt completely unsupported as a patient. The only resolution I am seeking is an apology and a refund for my last visit. I will never use this service again.

I share joint custody with my ex and he started counseling without my agreement. He was seen by a counselor with out my consent and when I tried to get information the counselors was rude, dismissive and threatened to document I was refusing medical care, when I was not informed about any appointments until they were already over. I contacted company multiple times and they refused to help.

I strongly encourage you to contact the Portland VAMC Community Care department---obviously, AFTER you cross them off their 'potential employers' list. I suggest you refer both their care and future employment to another party to protect your platform from future liability. My therapist John Genardo lied in his report about me , he said I didn't like my wife's kids and said my wife didn't have visitation,and he said I'm not very smart, so I'm looking for a nother counselor to continue to get help.

My therapist is fabulous. Customer service is horrible. I took me days to find a number to call and then could never connect to someone. I disputed charges on my credit card. Once I finally got through to Sondermind, I explained my situation and was told someone would get back to me in 7 days... but received no call back/email.

My therapist was amazing. She has been my most effective therapist yet. My issues are with billing. I am being charged $160.48 four times and potentially more because they submitted the claim with the wrong member ID number. I tried to deal with these denied claims months ago and sondermind said everything is fine on their end. This month I was charged $620 in total when they are in my network. I have tried to call and no one answers. I sent in a message and got a reply that they will get back to me in 8-10 business days. Anthem says once the claim is resubmitted by Sondermind (whenever that may be) it will take 30-40 days to process. When will I ever get my money back? I recommend my therapist 100% but I will never recommend Sondermind to someone that is seeking help with their mental health. I feel like I am being robbed when I went through the steps of trying to get ahead of this billing issue. I want my money back and I will never use Sondermind again.

I've never had someone answer my question online - over the course of months of trying. Not once - by email or via their online form. When I call, I get long wait times and the few times I get to interact with someone, they have no explanation for why I'm not getting a response. I see that I'm in the ticket system and receive several emails following up me contacting them. But never a response.
