Awful customer service at this store at the FlatIrons mall in Broomfield, Colorado!!! I have been a customer for over 15 years and I have lived in many places in the USA and have shoped at a lot of Soma Intamate stores. They are all friendly except this store. Not only does this store have so many different employes all the time the manager Christine is rude! When I did two different returns for different styles of bras and diffferent sizes I was asked the question... (Why do you keep buying Soma bras if they don't work for you and you return them.) My answer was because you told me to buy them on line and try them because you don't carry all the sizes. Also I had to explain that they weren't comfortable for my boobs! Some bras just don't work. There is no reason to question me about why I keep buying and trying Soma bras. Also don't tell me that you haven't had a lot of complaints about your bras. They don't always work for everyone. I am not the only one that they don't work for. Anyhow, horrible customer service with an attitude everytime I go in there. WHY would you ask this question and try to be a jerk or try to embarras the customer. There is no reason for the Manager Christine to ask this question at all. End of story you told me to buy them and try them. Also when a customer has a receipt to return them you should just return them with a smile on your face. I know good customer service and this store is horrible! I have told my family and friends to not shop here. They need to do something about thier management. They lack good customer service at the FlatIrons Mall in Broomfield, CO. So sad and dissapointing. Save yourself some time and shop elsewhere! I have already called Customer service about my experience.

I recently purchased two pajama sets as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. One set arrived promptly and without issue. The second set was scheduled for delivery on 25June2025. While the pajama top was delivered as expected, I received an email on 25Jun2025 (same day the pajama top was delivered) stating that the matching bottoms had been cancelled from my order and were out of stock. I was disappointed to learn of this cancellation at the same time the top was delivered, without prior notice or explanation. It’s concerning that customers are not notified of such changes to their order in a timely manner. I reached out to customer service via chat and was informed that the top could be returned by mail, but would incur a $7.00 return fee. Given the circumstances, this does not seem fair or appropriate.

I ordered a bathing suit and received 2 bottoms. Called to let them know and they wouldn't honor the sale price or my reward dollars. Waiting for a supervisor to call which I was told 48 hours. Still waiting. I received an email if I still wanted someone to call me. Poor poor poor customer service. I love the products but willing to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a matching bikini bottom and top with expedited shipping for a trip. They sent the bottom and then canceled the top and I only had 3 days before my trip. Had to waste time twice trying to get the full refund. Customer service acted like it wasn't a problem that I received half of a bikini. Don't waste your money on this site.

I ordered a two bras and almost two weeks went by and they weren't shipped so I called customer service, she advised me to call the store about my orders so I did and the lady at the store told me that she doesn't handle online orders the store and online are two different departments. I tried to call back and there were 40 people ahead of me, also I tried the chat support and that was completely useless, so I eventually had to call the store explain to them what was going on and place my order via the store, when I tried to cancel my online order I was told I wasn't allowed. Their shipping speeds are absolutely slow and I have not had a good experience this time around other than their bras normally being very good. Their customer service on the other hand not so good.

Awful experience. I placed my order 10 days ago, was charged, and received an email stating that my order was on track. I finally got to message the customer chat and they said my order had a glitch and couldn't be processed but meanwhile my order read "On track". They only offered me to cancel my products and to call the call center to order them again.

I ordered top and bottom lounge set. But I only received the bottom. The customer service told me that I have to wait for a few weeks for backorder by email. I haven't received or hear anything another 2 weeks. I emailed them again about order status because online order status said it's processed. They emailed back and said its expired shipment term and no longer available. I have to called the rude customer service again to cancel the order. Terrible experience.

This company has very poor customer service. I ordered three items. I received notification - days later - that the package had shipped. I then got an email that one item was unavailable. It was available when I ordered it. I ordered for a trip. Had I known it was not available, I would have gotten something else. Their chat service took 45 minutes. Obviously, the reps handle more than one at a time. Got no useful info about why an item that was in stock suddenly became unavailable. After the chat ended, I got an email cancelling the entire order which is nuts because the other items are out for delivery! On another occasion, I ordered the wrong item by mistake. It was very similar to the item I wanted. I took it back to a local store to save the shipping cost and the sales clerk was obviously annoyed that I was returning something. She was incredibly rude.
