Worst customer service ever!!!! I ordered online from Europe paying quite an amount for customs. One of the more expensive items was simply not included in the delivery and since months I am trying to get hold of someone on the hotline or to get a refund. Customer service is not even trying to solve the issue. I paid 50 Euro for goods I never received.
