Excellent service on troubleshooting the issue of my HP printer.

In updating my software, my touchpad was disconnected. It was resolved very quickly and easily with the help of tech support.

I had reached an impasse while attempting to connect a new printer to my PC. Mr. Anderson was extremely courteous, patient, knowledgeable, skillful and efficient. He was especially patient and had to retry things due to mistakes I had made previously on my PC. he was the best!

This company has a lot of knowledge as well as integrity. It's been a great experience to know these folks have my back! They have expertly fixed a couple of serious issues with my PC and laptop in the first couple of months that I signed on with their service.
