I too ordered pots and pans back in June. In fact I made two orders. The first for one set then I went back & ordered two more for presents. All were confirmed & they were very quick to take my money! I received tracking information for the second order but not the first. I contacted them on two different emails I found but received no response from either. To cut a long story short I did receive a parcel from them… Two cheap no name Chinese smart watches with no way of charging that I could see! I’ve noticed they’re still operating a month later hocking off top range Dyson stick vacuums & expensive looking tool kits. Don’t believe a word.

Along with others who have written reviews, I also purchased a pots and pans set on 16th June 2023. They were quick enough to take my money and supposedly processed my order and provided me with tracking numbers… 2 different numbers in fact. I was stupidly too quick to react to their advertisement which came up whilst playing an online game and purchased before researching this company and website. Once I realised that their offer was too good to be true and then did my research I tried to contact this company by the email they provide but they did not respond. I have sent numerous emails to them and they have ignored all of them. The tracking updates I have received have shown that my parcel was supposedly sent from China to United Arabs Emirates (UAE) yet I live in Australia. My ‘package’ (which I believe will not arrive) has been sitting in UAE for a week now with no further movement and no Australian tracking or courier apps can find the tracking numbers I was given. This company are thieves who steal your money and send you nothing and ignore your attempts at contact via email and do not provide a phone number to contact them on. I have been scammed and I will be reporting them to my bank and any other authority that I can to have them shut down. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Unlike me, think before you react so that you don’t get scammed by these thieves as well.

Ordered pots and pans back in June to come to Auatralia. Have contacted them via email on several occasions. No response. Another scam company it appears. Thanks you thieves!. Will be lodging a complaint to my bank to their fraud area. Get you shut down!.

This company will not improve, I believe it to be a scam company. They cannot send the product they advertise at those prices. This appears to be proven by the other reviews on Trustpilot. It is ridiculous that Words with Friends and other advertisers keep letting them in. They have another add now for a tool chest of tools that is priced at the cost of freight, so don't hold your breath on that one coming.

I ordered and paid for these items over a mont ago and have still not received anything.
