Outstanding customer service from Solo…
Excellent customer service from Solo Satoshi. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I needed to contact customer service and was responded to quickly, courteously, and those folks replaced my NerdQaxe++ without hesitation. It was a great experience dealing with Hunter and Matt.

Had a small issue with my hydro miner
Had a small issue with my hydro miner. Matt jumped on it immediately and had a new unit at my door within a couple days. Everything working great now. Customer service is a 10/10. Cannot recommend enough.

NerdQaxe++ arrived in a couple of days after ordering, sooner than promised. The miner is of good quality construction. The setup could not have been more straightforward. I was a little confused about the size of the enclosed screws for the Noctua accessory fan, but an email to SS support was answered promptly, which clarified the issue.

Communication and interactions was exceptional
Communication was amazing. I will for sure be getting my NerdQaxe + + from them. Just based on the interaction, the engagement across platforms with the solo mining community and others reviews I feel they are the best in North America. I decided to hold off on a smaller purchase to get a larger one (due to shipping and customs) but they will be my first choice always going forward.
