Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I am very sorry that this experience left you feeling frustrated and disappointed. We are glad to hear the order arrived quickly, but we fully understand that fast shipping does not make up for a unit that did not perform the way you expected. That is never the experience we want for anyone. Regarding power and the mainboard failure: All miners that leave our facility are fully tested under load with matched, certified power supplies to confirm they are working correctly before they are shipped. In your case, the unit was connected to a server power supply rather than the tested power brick we pair with the device. Based on what we can see from the details provided, we believe the issue was most likely caused by an intermittent or not fully solid connection on the external power setup, which can unfortunately lead to premature failure of components even if the wiring appears correct on inspection. This is exactly why we ship miners with tested and certified power supplies that we know are stable and within specification for the hardware. When a different power solution is used, it introduces variables that are much harder for us to verify after the fact, and that limits what we can reasonably confirm and therefore what we can responsibly replace as a small business. That said, we absolutely do not want anyone to feel abandoned or unheard. We always encourage customers to reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as there is any sign of trouble so we can walk through the setup together, review photos or videos, and see what options are available. Even when we cannot honor every request, our goal is always to be transparent, fair, and as helpful as possible.
