FAST response identifying my issue, and a fast fix!

I had some issues with my backups being widely "overweight", and I could not the reason why they jump from 0.8GB to 2.8GB. SolidWP support team was very helpful in finding the files which should not be part of the backup and be excluded.

I've been using Solid Backup (previously Backupbuddy) and Solid Security for years. SolidWP is a great company. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their software has saved me on many occasions. I recently had an issue backing up a very large website. It took a bit of time to solve the problem, but support frequently kept me updated on their progress and was able to find and resolve the issue. They even pushed out a new version of the software quickly for others that may have the same issue. I would recommend them for your Wordpress Backup and Security needs.

SolidWP Security Pro has proven to be an excellent choice for providing websites with an extra layer of security. Its security features, such as 2FA, provide peace of mind, ensuring our online presence remains secure and reliable. I highly recommend it to others seeking a reliable security solution.

This plugin is incredibly powerful and the support team are super kind and quick to respond. I was very surprised at how quick a response was considering I am on a basic free plan. Thank you Solid Security team!

they changed their program, now i cant download ithemes security pro, even though Ive paid for it up to april 2024. disgusting behaviour and no information. Dont trust them with a subscription, they will change the software and not have any downloads for the old software you paid for. moved on to their competition.
