I like the way company communicate with their customers and respond quickly to their requests and actions. The improvement to make is to insure customers get enough information about paymets and subscriptions

In order to do your trial, you have to give your card's info. When trial ends you just get informed that you paid for 1 year subscription and that you cannot got refund because they don't have such a policy. You have to stay alert all the time and remove your card before trial ends. When I sent a panic mail about my lost money, they informed me about the no refund policy (is it actual legal sth like that??? I don't know) BUT they suggest me to give me my money back and if I want to leave a comment here. So that's why I put a 3/5 and no 1/5. I just got my money back because they "did me the favor of giving my money back" Edit based on the answer: I change the non refundable auto-purchase policy period from 2 to 1 year.

Hello, AndP. I'm sorry you've had a less-than-ideal experience with SolidGigs. We do request your credit card when signing up, but this is pretty standard for subscription products like ours. However, we never EVER charge for 2 years at a time. The most we charge for at a time is 1 year and only if you select that at checkout in order to enjoy a discount on the monthly cost. I'm glad we could ultimately get you your money back.

UPDATED: Someone did eventually reach out to cancel my account, so that was settled. However, it does speak to the user experience that it took a lot of maneuvering to get the account canceled. I'm told that's being fixed. I did start getting plenty of leads in the time between my email and the account closure, but no matter how I tried, I couldn't find any that worked for me. It might work for some. Solidgigs won't cancel account. I followed all of the instructions, and when you get to the cancelation page, it won't confirm. It just takes you back to the home page. I've disputed the charges with my bank and put in all the correct tickets, but this site has never, not once, sent me any leads, and just keeps taking my money.

It was good that I was constantly getting timely gig updates. The daily updates weren't being given in excess. According to the criteria I selected, the gig appeared in my mailbox. I like the fact that you could also get gigs outside of the United States, Whenever you feel the need, you may also update your gig preferences. The gig's scope didn't particularly impress me. It seems constrained to particular gigs. The only solace is that they promised to add Keywords to the search list to broaden the scope of the leads.

We'll begin employing AI to scale up the number of total searches and you'll be able to narrow down those searches with as many keywords as you want.
