I ordered something but rec'd a different item. I asked for a return and a refund. They offered a different amount from what i paid for. This despite numerous emails showing what i actually paid for. The error is CLEARLY on their end. But sadly they just don't get it. SMH Their refusal to see actual facts is wildly frustrating.

Non-existent customer service. Returned an item using their pre-paid Fedex label. Item shows returned back to their warehouse, Yet phone calls and emails to customer service go unanswered. Had to file a dispute with my credit card. Don't order from them

I am 57 years old and have never written a review. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase from this company I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them. I ordered 3 items and received 1 yet charged for the 3. I can not talk to anyone. They will not call back, no respone to the numerous customer service emails I have sent. Rating a 1 is too high. They should not be in business
