I've used this company for a couple of short-run CD projects and have always gotten excellent service. The quality of the CDs, both artwork and audio is very good and delivery time is always prompt and efficient. I've not found any other companies that allow me to order less than 50 units, which sets them apart from the others. I'm really pleased with their work.

Turnaround time was unbeatable, plus the Account Executive made sure that everything, audio and artwork, was don't correctly before pressing the vinyl. Only complaint here is on the jacket print quality. A good amount (not all) of the copies we received had printer lines across the image. These are fairly subtle, but easy to spot, and takes away from the overall perceived quality of the product. Still, not bad at all for a seven week turnaround in 2022!

Excellent customer service, easy to work with and always answered my questions quickly, as this was the first time ever ordering vinyl. I ordered the Express package and while I was nervous about no test pressing, they assured me that as long as we sent the music and artwork correctly it would be great and they were right! It looks beautiful and sounds amazing. This is for a non-profit and I look forward to working with solid-merch again
