I'm happy overall (more like 3.5 stars, not 3), but kind of disappointed in the handling of artwork. Everything is a few shades darker than it should be. This didn't ruin my project, but it's not what I expected and with no proofs, this is what I'm stuck with. Not sure if I can use y'all again at this point if the art can't be done up correctly.

After struggling with other vinyl companies with delayed timelines and poor quality, it was a tremendous relief working with Solid Merch. The support team was extremely attentive and gave me regular updates. The records arrived AHEAD of schedule (which never happens) and even though we selected the Express option which didn't allow us any test pressings, the records sound great. The packaging was perfectly put together. I want to spread the word and tell everyone I know, but at the same time I kind of want to keep this a secret so they can keep up the incredible support and quick turnarounds. Thank you! Will definitely order again!

Communication, turnaround, quality. I was very happy with all 3 from Solid Merch. Our LPs look and sound great and we actually received them 2 weeks before their original estimate. I was originally worried about the lack of a test pressing with this small run package but the sound ended up exceeding my expectations. I’d definitely work with Solid again.

Customer service was super responsive. Was hesitant with express vinyl package with no test press however went for it and everything came back as expected. Art and music both exactly as I submitted.

Turnaround excellent, printing beautiful, materials have a quality feel, music reproduction good. I opted for the fast-turnaround 200 units with no test presses. So I suppose I shouldn’t be too shocked that the music reproduction was not absolutely perfect. In every space between songs on my record, there is some crackling, as though noise is being incompletely gated away. And the reverb tails of two of the tracks are cut off a couple of seconds early. I am quite happy with how the main body of the songs themselves sounds — the only problems I can find lie at the margins between songs. Give yourself plenty of time in your production process to get the test presses. I’m convinced that had I had two rounds of test presses to make sure this problem was taken care of, this review would be 5 stars.
