The actual merch itself turned out great. William was helpful. Unfortunately, a 12-14 business day turnaround stretched into over a month in the printing process. Then an entire box of hoodies was lost in shipping for an additional two weeks, all of which was time-sensitive due to a festival appearance, meaning a huge sales opportunity was essentially lost for a band that will likely not play live again. Solid Merch came highly recommended by peers in the music scene, so it's unfortunate that the fulfillment process was so abysmal at the absolute worst possible time. To their credit, they did expedite some items as they came off the press and offered a partial refund. -J
