The final product I received is not…
The final product I received is not what I agreed with. I even paid extra to have someone review the packaging. The color of the front and back cover do not match the cd, therefore it is not to my specifications. I submitted formatted artwork to your specifications, including an eight page booklet with pictures and lyrics, just for your company to completely change the color of the entire album. This is supposed to be a commercial release for my band, now we are stuck with 100 cd's that are not what I agreed with.

We're sorry to hear that there was a color shift issue with your recent CD order! It appears the artwork files we received for your order were in RGB format which is likely the reason for that shift. As stated on our templates and during the ordering process, we do require CMYK artwork files for all print orders. Excellent quality and service
Excellent quality and service. It was our first time ordering and we are so pleased with the results. The color looks great and the CDs sound wonderful! We received our order ahead of time and that was a lovely unexpected surprise. Thanks!

Customer service was great...pressing not great
Customer service was great and the process was simple and fast. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the quality of the pressing. Black 180g vinyl, but it pops a lot.
