SCAM ALERT!! I would give zero stars if I could. Order placed in April here we are in Late July still no order. Not accredited with BBB. Has a Gmail for email. And sole serious keep your fake apology and your fake shoes.

I ordered my shoes June 14th I wish I read the reviews before this I preferred from them before with no problem, now they won’t answer emails and the chat is full of crap. I’m going to call my bank for a refund I wish I could report them since this is on going. I really wanted those shoes real bad now I have nothing, no answer, no refund NOTHING!

After numerous calls, emails and even DM, today I spoke to someone who was extremely rude. As I begin to explain what happened he begin to cut me off, answering and being rude before I can even speak thoroughly. When I told him about my suggestion and if I was clear he was rude stating it wasn’t that hard to understand. When all he had to say was yes. Sometimes people may say things incorrectly and I just wanted to be clear about what I said. Again his response with a nasty attitude. Other than that! I have been extremely patient with my order, and I have not received anything I thought I struck a gold mine with SOLESERIOUS. Guess not! I wish I had of looked at the reviews about the company I could have saved myself time and money.

Ordered legend blues and received fakes b grade

I ordered some shoes in march and have not received anything, here it is 2 months later, I’ve been getting the run around whenever I email this company, 300 odd dollars gon down the drain

I never recieved my order, from over 60 days ago. Sole seriouss replied once to the countless emails I sent inquiring about the product. Still no refund or product recieved.

Ordered February 26th and Still have not received anything! It has been a month and still no shoes! Whole thing is a scam

Ordered march1st still didn’t receive tracking so I called my bank for refund because they never replied back to my emails. Don’t buy from these scammers Update I waited for shipping you never sent me tracking info after the timeframe you never even replied back to my emails until I requested a refund from my bank that’s when you had no choice but to cancel that fake order. Your service sucks will never support your store again. Stop lying because I know how to count, I know exactly what is 5-14 business days is from March1st. I made the complaint on the 15th business day you just thought you was going have me waiting and waiting knowing you didn’t have the sneakers?
