We were so happy to find our teen’s size in the shoe they want, but got an unpleasant surprise of $125 in fees upon delivery. The shoes themselves were just over $200. I understand we need to pay a duty tax, but a large part of that was another fee

Delayed shipping. I placed order on Sunday(05-14-23). I live in Tampa, Fl & I paid extra for 1-3 day shipping. My ETA was scheduled for Thursday(05-18-23). Per "Track My Order" my package arrived in Tampa on Thursday but shipping error shipped my package to Deerfield Beach, Fl. which caused me to receive package a day late on Friday(05-19-23) which is outside of the 1-3 day shipping I paid extra money. So I paid extra for a service I didn't receive due to the shipping error

Availability was good, delivery was prompt. I have purchased a good number but never a discount. I’m a VIP customer and for the 3rd time I’ve inquired about discounts or points. Haven’t seen either. My request has fallen on deaf ears.

Quality and pricing are fine but shoe availability is an issue. Shoes don't seem to get restocked very often so if your size in a shoe is gone, you have to look elsewhere for it.
